  一、会议背景/ Background
  
  2018年中国汽车市场产销量双双首次下跌,但新能源汽车一枝独秀,在双积分及新能源汽车鼓励政策的双重驱动下,产销增长仍高于60%。同时在补贴政策和长续航的市场驱动下,量产乘用车电池PAck能量密度持续增加,部分车型已超过150kw/kg。这既得益于电池、性能开发能力的提升,也得益于轻量化技术的应用。
  
  In 2018, both the production and sales volume of China's auto market fell for the first time, but the new energy vehicles ouTPErformed. Under the dual driving of double integral policy and new-energy automobile industry policies, the growth of new energy vehicle production and sales is still higher than 60%. At the same time, driven by the subsidy policy and long-life market, the energy density of mass-produced passenger car battery packs continues to increase, and some models have exceeded 150kw/kg. This is due to the improvement of battery and PErformance development capabilities, as well as the aPPlication of lightweight technology.
  
  2019年是中国新能源汽车发展路线具有里程碑意义的一年。2018年12月15日,中国科协主席万钢同志在人民日报撰文《促进新能源汽车产业健康发展》,提出应及时把产业化重点向燃料电池汽车拓展。4月23日,工信部发言人表示,将大力推进我国氢能及燃料电池汽车产业的创新发展。为我国新能源汽车产业发展奠定了基调,即纯电动汽车与氢燃料电池汽车协同发展,并且将长期并存互补。
  
  2019 is a milestone in the development of China's new energy vehicles. On December 15, 2018, Comrade Wan Gang, Chairman of the CASF, wrote in the People's Daily "Promoting the Healthy Development of the New Energy Vehicle Industry" and proposed that the focus of industrialization should be expanded to fuel cell vehicles in a timely manner. On April 23, a spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that it will vigorously promote the innovative development of China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle industry.   无论是电动汽车,还是氢燃料电池汽车,轻量化技术都是新能源汽车发展的核心关键技术之一。轻量化的发展离不开高强度钢、镁铝合金塑料碳纤维复合材料等轻量化材料的应用,也涉及全新的设计理念、结构设计、成形工艺、性能评价与验证方法的应用。在新能源汽车补贴政策退坡的大环境下,如何选择合适的轻量化技术路线,兼顾汽车性能、续航和成本,这对整个汽车行业都是极大的挑战。

  为了深入探讨后补贴时代的新能源汽车轻量化技术路径和解决方案,推进电动汽车以及燃料电池关键零部件的轻量化技术应用,促进材料供应商、零部件厂商、科研机构与新能源整车厂的交流与合作,由中国汽车材料网主办的“2019(第四届)新能源汽车轻量化技术研讨会”将于2019年7月25-26日在江苏南京召开。
