欧盟修订玩具指令中镍的规定
COMMISSION DIRECTIVE 2014/84/EU of 30 June 2014 amending
Appendix A of Annex II to Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of
the Council on the safety of toys, as regards nickel. Revision is shown in the
following table:
2014 年6 月30 日，欧盟在其官网上发布了指令2014/84/EU，修订欧盟玩具
指令2009/48/EC 附录II 中的附录A，涉及到的物质是镍。修订情况如下表所示：
Member States shall adopt and publish, by 1 July 2015 at the latest, the laws,
regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive.
They shall apply those provisions from 1 July 2015.
欧盟各成员国需在2015 年7 月1 日或之前根据修订后的指令的相关要求制
定并发布相关法律法规，并于2015 年7 月1 日开始施行相关法律法规。
