【汽车材料网】作为国内热成形材料和解决方案最佳供应商，华菱安赛乐米塔尔汽车板有限公司（简称VAMA）公布专利产品Usibor®1500 2026年下半年的基价。
2026年下半年，Usibor®1500 VAMA工厂交货基价将维持在人民币不含税12,845元每吨，其他热成形产品保持与Usibor®1500价差不变，额外费用将基于产品规格、镀层、表面处理、公差、包装、卷重、运输和财务成本计算。对于长协客户，将根据VAMA和每个客户之间约定的特定规则进行单独调整。
此次基价决定综合考虑了原材料波动、市场变化及VAMA的技术价值。目前，VAMA第三代铝硅镀层热成形钢Ductibor®1500已成功本土化，并通过安赛乐米塔尔材料测试，将强度与韧性的折中上限推向全新高度。在应用层面，Ductibor®1500与Usibor®2000等材料通过激光拼焊技术集成，已成功应用于全新“驭简™双门环预研方案并完成试制，为下一代车身安全与轻量化升级提供了可行路径。VAMA将持续推广以Usibor®1500、Usibor®2000及新一代Ductibor®1500为核心的热成形钢及多零件集成解决方案，深化本土客户协同，通过稳定可靠的全球供应链助力客户提升国际竞争力。
新的基价将于2026年7月1日生效。
VAMA Announces the Base Price of Usibor®1500 for the Second Half of 2026
As the leading supplier of hot stamping material and solutions in China, Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive Steel Co., Ltd. (VAMA) announced the new base price of its patented Usibor®1500 material for the second half of 2026.
In the second half of 2026, the base price of Usibor®1500 Ex Works VAMA will stay at RMB 12,845 per ton before VAT, and grade extra of other PHS material between Usibor®1500 stay unchanged. Additional charges will be applied for specific dimension, coating, surface treatment, tolerances, package, coil weight, transportation and financial cost. For long-term customers there will be individual adjustments based on specific rules defined between VAMA and each customer.
This price decision comprehensively considers raw material fluctuations, market dynamics, and the value of VAMA's technological innovation. Currently, VAMA’s 3rd generation Al-Si coated PHS material, Ductibor®1500, has successfully achieved localized development and passed ArcelorMittal’s material testing, pushing the compromise limit of strength and ductility to a brand-new height. On the application side, the integration of Ductibor®1500 with advanced materials like Usibor®2000 via laser welding technology has successfully completed trial production in the "Yujian™" double door ring pre-research project, providing a validated path for next-generation vehicle safety and lightweight design. Building on this momentum, VAMA will continue to promote PHS material and MPI solutions centered on Usibor®1500, Usibor®2000, and the new-generation Ductibor®1500, while deepening collaboration with local customers and bolstering our customers’ international competitiveness through a stable and reliable global supply chain.
The new base price will take effect from July 1st 2026.
