   中国汽车产业在经过了多年高速增长后,进入了产业转型和技术升级的新时期。在双积分法规以及新能源汽车产业政策的双重驱动下,车用材料也迎来了新的发展机遇。传统以钢为主的汽车用材结构,正向钢铝混合、全铝车身、塑料复合材料和镁合金等多材料混合应用的趋势发展。多材料混合应用带来新材料连接技术需求,铆接、粘接和复合连接等多种连接方式在汽车行业得到了快速的发展。解决异种材料连接过程中的结构设计、接头力学模型、性能评价、工艺质量控制等一系列产业化的问题迫在眉睫。
  
  伴随着行业对连接技术的高度关注,中国汽车材料网举办了2018、2019两届“国际汽车轻量化材料连接技术研讨会”。汇聚了涵盖机械连接、焊接、胶接、复合连接等全系统的连接技术供应商资源,为国内外近百家主机厂和零部件厂提供了连接技术交流平台。基于此形成的技术资源,中国汽车材料网组织编制了《汽车材料连接技术手册》。《手册》面向行业发布以来,获得了各专家及工程师的一致好评。
  
  “2020(第三届)国际汽车轻量化材料连接技术研讨会”将于3月19-20日在上海举行。会议将基于汽车新材料应用下连接技术的新需求,共同探讨铆接、粘接、紧固连接、FDS、激光焊接、搅拌摩擦焊、CMT焊接、电阻点焊等热点技术。

  The 2nd Forum On International Automotive Lightweight Materials Connection Technology
  
  第二届“国际汽车轻量化材料连接技术研讨会”于2019年在苏州召开,吸引来自了国内外整车企业、零部件企业、科研院所、原材料企业等单位的众多代表参加。现场近20家展示单位带来了涵盖紧固连接、铆接、胶接、激光焊接、搅拌摩擦焊等先进技术及相关仪器装备的展示。
  
  “The Second Forum On International Automotive Lightweight Materials Connection Technology” was held in Suzhou. The conference attracted many representatives from domestic and foreign vehicle manufacturers, parts and components companies, research institutes, and raw material enterprises. Nearly 20 display units on the site brought display of advanced technologies and related equipment including fastening, riveting, gluing, laser welding, friction stir welding.

  首届“2018国际汽车轻量化材料连接技术研讨会”于2018年在南京召开,引起了行业的普遍关注。共吸引来自30+整车企业、100+零部件企业的260余人参与。
  
  The first "2018 International Automotive Lightweight Materials Connection Technology Seminar" was held in Nanjing in 2018, which caused widespread concern in the industry. A total of more than 260 people from 30+ vehicle companies and 100+ parts companies were attracted.
