Dear All,
The promotion of new energy vehicles during China’s 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) is drawing to a close, 13th Five-Year Plan(2016-2020) is also upcoming. In retrospect of 2015, the Chinese government has issued more that 10 preferential policies including releasing traffic restriction and purchasing restriction. With fast development and increasing production and sales volume, Chinese has ranked the world’s largest new energy automotive market. However, a lot of problems and difficulties reveals as the market presenting leapfrog development. Short of core technologies and car components, safety and reliability of power batteries, inadequate electric charging facilities and smart power grid. Meanwhile, OEMs and key auto parts manufacturers will face increasing pressure to reduce costs as gov't to continue subsidies for new energy car purchases. What’s more, the innovation of operation mode and business model will also become one of the outstanding issues to be resolved.
“十二五”新能源汽车推广即将结束，马上将迎来“十三五”规划。回顾2015这一收官之年，国家出台了不限行、不限购等10余项新能源汽车优惠政策，新能源汽车产业发展进一步驶入快车道，新能源汽车产销量巨增，跃升为全球第一大新能源汽车市场。然而，中国新能源汽车市场呈现跨越式发展态势的同时，暴露出诸多问题和困难，例如：核心技术零部件环节欠缺、动力电池安全性和可靠性、配套设施建设不完善等问题。同时，补贴政策逐步退坡后整车厂和关键零部件厂商面临降低成本压力、运营模式和商业模式的创新等是汽车行业亟待解决的突出问题。
With the theme of ‘focus on efficient dynamics, intelligent bus technology and connected vehicles, lead the development of new energy vehicles’, 2nd China International EV-HEV Technology Congress 2016 will be held on 30th-31st March in Shanghai, China. We will discuss about power batteries, powertrain, key components, new materials, electrification, intelligent trend, operation mode and business model. With the attention to both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, we will invite OEMs and key auto parts manufacturers at home and abroad to give advice and suggestions for green traffic and future global competition.
以“聚焦高效动力、智慧公交、智能网联化，引领新能源汽车创新发展”为主题，2016第二届中国国际电动汽车与混合动力汽车技术大会将于2016年3月30-31日在上海召开。会议将加强对动力电池领域、动力总成和关键零部件发展、新材料的开发应用、电动化和智能化、运营和商业模式的探讨，同时关注乘用车和商用车两大领域，邀请国内外整车和零部件制造企业参与，共同为绿色交通和未来全球竞争出谋划策。
