Notice for the 3rd International Conference of Automotive EVI & Hydrogen Embrittlement of High Strength Steels

“第一届中国汽车EVI及高强度钢氢致延迟断裂会议”在中信微合金化技术中心和中国汽车工程研究院联合组织下于2017年12月在中国北京召开,“第二届中国汽车EVI及高强度钢氢致延迟断裂会议”在中信微合金化技术中心和中国汽车工程研究院联合组织下于2019年8月在重庆召开,两次会议均得到了行业同仁的大力支持。为持续推动汽车行业Early Vendor Involvement (EVI)模式的发展和氢致延迟断裂相关应用、评价技术进步,中信微合金化技术中心和中国汽车工程研究院拟定于2023年4月19日-21日采用“线下+线上“的方式在重庆联合举办“第三届汽车EVI及高强度钢氢脆国际会议”。
本次会议仍旧秉持“构建健康、可持续发展的汽车用材产业链和生态圈”的初心和使命,继续针对EVI、高强度材料在产业变革中应用的热点和焦点问题进行研讨和交流,介绍EVI及高强度材料应用技术发展方面的新模式、新思维、新进展、新解决方案,探讨超高强度钢及零部件的氢脆的发生、影响、原理、解决方案,旨在增进汽车整车企业、零部件企业、原材料企业、高等院校、科研究院所上下游企业的技术沟通和紧密协作,为共同推进我国汽车产品结构调整、品质提升和竞争力的提高而努力。会议将为业内同行提供和搭建:1)EVI模式合作和交流的平台;2)展示和交流高强度钢氢脆延迟断裂研究成果和进展的平台;3)了解国内外EVI和氢致延迟断裂研究、测试和应用技术及未来发展的平台。
我们诚邀从事EVI、高强度钢应用技术研究和高强度钢氢致延迟断裂研究的各界人士,积极参加第三届中国汽车EVI及高强度钢氢致延迟断裂会议。会议文集将由北京理工大学出版社出版,部分优秀英文论文经评审后在《汽车工艺与材料》、《Automotive Innovation》、《金属学报(英文版)》发表。所有经评审入选的论文将由北京理工大学出版社出版,同时第一作者和通讯作者将列入文集编委。
Following the successes of the first and second International Conference for Automotive EVI & Hydrogen Embrittlement of High Strength Steels (‘the conference’ hereafter) in December 2017 and August 2019 in Beijing and Chongqing, respectively, the of CITIC-CBMM Microalloying Technology Center and China Automotive Engineering Research Institute (CAERI) are pleased to announce the host of the conference again in April 19th-21st,2023 both at Chongqing and online . The conference will continue aiming for supporting the development of Early Vendor Involvement (EVI) business model and the advances of understanding and solving the hydrogen embrittlement (HE) problems in automotive industry, with a focus on ‘establishing a healthy and sustainable development of automotive supply chain and eco-system’. The conference will continue serving as an international platform for the discussion and showcases of new ideas, new products, and innovative approaches of EVI, automotive high-strength applications, and their HE problems, as well as a nexus for collaborations between up- and down-stream businesses, higher-education organizations, and research institutes for advancing the structure, quality, and competitiveness of national and international automotive industry. We aim to establish the channels for the collaboration and discussion of 1) EVI, 2) HE, and 3) models and testing methods for the above topics.
We genuinely invite the engagements of stakeholders in the conference. We will publish the abstracts upon presentations in partnership with Beijing Institute of Technology Press. Outstanding abstracts will receive invitations for full-article submission to a special issue in peer-review journals, either Automobile Technology & Material, Automotive Innovation, or Acta metallurgica Sinica (English Letters), with the acknowledgement of being listed as honorary editors in the issue.
