一、会议背景/Background

当前,面对日趋严峻的全球气候变化挑战,碳达峰、碳中和已成为全球共识。汽车产业占全球二氧化碳排放的7.3%,是全球碳排放较大的行业之一。尽管各国碳中和的目标和路径存在一定差异,但均将汽车产业作为低碳转型的布局重点。“双碳”背景下,随着政府补贴政策和市场需求的双重驱动,新能源汽车迸发出巨大生命力。我国自主新能源汽车品牌强势崛起,呈现持续爆发式增长。新能源汽车产销连续8年居全球第一。

相比传统燃油车,新能源汽车电驱动和动力电池等差异导致的性能和重量的变化,也对车辆安全设计、轻量化和低碳化方面提出了更高的要求,因此迫切需要新材料、新工艺、新设计理念。当前或将来较长时间内,以高强钢为主的多材料混合用材方案仍将是汽车行业发展的重要趋势。同时,面临着来自制造端(钢铁制造)和应用端(汽车制造)的双重减碳压力,新形势下汽车用钢的绿色低碳制造及减碳技术,无化石炼钢、ESP和CSP等绿色低碳汽车钢的开发应用也将成为行业的热点。与传统车相比,新能源汽车的发展也将增加高端钢的使用,比如高牌号高磁感硅钢、纳米晶软磁材料、高品质齿轮钢、超高转速轴承钢等。有预测显示,2030年中国汽车行业用钢将达到5328万吨,仍然是汽车制造最终主要的材料。

随着汽车用材聚焦于绿色低碳、轻量化和成本的方向发展,钢材作为汽车的主导材料,如何应对新能源汽车发展需求?为了准确把握国内外新能源汽车用钢的开发进展、应用现状及发展趋势,促进产业链的交流与合作,中国汽车材料网将于2023年11月30-1201,在江苏▪苏州举办以“高强化、轻量化、低碳化”为主题的“中国(首届)新能源汽车用钢大会”。论坛将围绕“汽车用钢绿色低碳技术发展现状及趋势”、“(冷/热)超高强度汽车钢板材料、工艺及应用技术”、“超高强度汽车钢板的性能测试与评价”、“新能源汽车动力系统用钢创新应用”四大主题方向,共同探讨前沿新能源汽车用钢技术、解决方案和策略,深度解析新能源汽车用钢未来趋势与创新方向。

Currently, facing the increasingly severe challenge of global climate change, peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality have become a global consensus. The automobile industry accounts for 7.3% of global carbon dioxide emissions and is one of the industries with the largest carbon emissions in the world. Although there are certain differences in the goals and paths of carbon neutrality in various countries, they all regard the automobile industry as the focus of low-carbon transformation. Under the background of "dual carbon", with the dual driving of government subsidy policies and market demand, new energy vehicles have burst out huge vitality. China's independent new energy vehicle brands have risen strongly, showing sustained explosive growth. The production and sales of new energy vehicles have ranked first in the world for 8 consecutive years.

Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, the changes in performance and weight caused by differences in electric drive and power battery of new energy vehicles also put forward higher requirements for vehicle safety design, lightweight and low carbonization, therefore, new materials, new technology and new design concept are urgently needed.The multi-material mixed material scheme mainly based on high-strength steel will still be an important trend in the development of the automotive industry for a long time. At the same time, facing the dual carbon reduction pressure from the manufacturing end (steel manufacturing) and the application end (automobile manufacturing), the green low-carbon manufacturing and carbon reduction technology of automotive steel under the new situation, the development and application of green low-carbon automotive steel such as fossil-free steel, ESP and CSP will also become a hot spot in the industry. Compared with traditional vehicles, the development of new energy vehicles will also increase the use of high-end steel, such as high-grade high-magnetic-inductance silicon steel, nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials, high-quality gear steel, ultra-high-speed bearing steel, etc. It is predicted that the steel used in China's automotive industry will reach 53.28 million tons in 2030, and it will still be the main material

With the development of automotive materials focusing on green, low-carbon, lightweight, and cost, how can steel, as the dominant material for automobiles, respond to the development needs of new energy vehicles? In order to accurately grasp the development progress, application status, and development trend of steel for new energy vehicles at home and abroad, and promote the exchange and cooperation of the industrial chain, China Automotive Materials Network will hold the First China New Energy Automotive Steel Conference in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, from November 30th to December 1st with the theme of “High strengthening, light weight and low carbon”.The forum will focus on the four major theme directions: "Development Status and Trend of Green Low-carbon Technology for Automotive Steel", " (Cold/Hot) Ultra-high Strength Automotive Steel Plate Materials, Process and Application Technology", "Performance Testing and evaluation of Ultra-high Strength Automotive Steel Plate", and "Innovative Application of Steel for New Energy Vehicle Power System" to jointly explore cutting-edge new energy automotive steel technology, solutions, and strategies, and deeply analyze the future trend and innovation direction of steel for new energy vehicles.
